Apartment Review for Bexley At Springs Farm - Charlotte, NC

Bexley @ Springs Farm is a nice place to live; location, amenities, office staff. That's all great. I, unfortunately, am moving after less than a year here because of 2 things: the maintenance supervisor, Pat, is the biggest jerk on the planet and has a terrible attitude about his job. My patio roof caves in TWICE and he acts like I'm an overdramatic teenager when I ask them to fix it - CORRECTLY. They didn't, they put some patch job up and left all the mold for the next renter. Also, my rent is currently $575 and for my first renewal lease, they want to charge me $710. I heard that they increase the rates, but I never expected it to be that much. No thanks, I'll take my check elsewhere.
