Apartment Review for Hamptons At Southpark - Charlotte, NC

Some of the previous reviews were true in the past and when I first came in but not anymore. I have been here for two years and I have never had my car broken into. I would get reports about crime and it was never hidden when it happened but it didn't happen often. The office and maintenance staff were always wonderful and quickly dealt with any problem I had and were more than understanding about issues I had with moving out when I lost my job. When I first moved in there were some issues with people smoking underneath me and it traveling up to my apartment but the complex is now becoming smoke free so this is no longer a problem. The Master bedroom was several degress warmer than the rest of the apartment usually but I adjusted. If I didn't have to move I wouldn't be.
