You cannot imagine just how noisy these are. You hear everyone & everything in the complex because the walls were poorly constructed. There are always people making noise & talking until 3 or 4am sometimes & the people there are sketchy as hell. I don't feel safe there, not from crimals, but from the neighbors. Maintanence isn't very good.  Need to rent an apartment?
