Apartment Review for Andover Woods - Charlotte, NC

I started out renting an apartment at Andover Woods with a 12-month lease and am currently working on a 6-month lease now. It has been wonderful in the sense that it is relatively inexpensive to stay here and for a lot less money. My apartment was pretty clean when I first saw, so I was like "WOW, where is the dotted line?" Also, they do have a social committee meet at the office and swimming area for renter's to voice their concerns or simple sit in the sun on a summer afternoon by the pool. They are very close to CATs busline which heads to Uptown and also goes to Carolina Place mall in Pineville. There is a bit of unneccessary noise from other tenants, but it is very little and nothing to get all worked up about. Basically, Andover Woods has been a good place to live since it is nearby a lot of amenties!
