Apartment Review for Andover Woods - Charlotte, NC

I have been thru 3 mgmt companies, and they all seem the same. I hope nothing breaks or needs service in your apartment, because there is no service level agreement in the lease (I've checked my lease 3 times). When my water heater broke, it took them 3 months to come & service it, and it still wasn't fixed. It took another 4 weeks for them to come back out to replace it. By that time, there were water marks on my wall from the leak, and when they removed the heater they dragged it across my carpet leaving rust stains from the patio to the front door. While this new company has done better, overall the service I receive in the office is poor. And I think it's good that they're making all these upgrades to the complex, but I'd rather they spend some of the $2mil to fix the gates that haven't worked for years. From day 1 I regretted moving into this apartment; but I couldn't move because of my job situation. I now have the opportunity, and I'm on the 1st thing smoking.
