Apartment Review for Andover Woods - Charlotte, NC

This place sucks my carpet was to be replaced when i moved in but I still have the same carpet 2 yrs later. Ive seen 3 management changes that cant be good its been from illeagal activity to stealing money up in the office. The new women are real B**&^hes. I have never had so many problems but the maintainance crew is the best maybe they need to work the office.They hit us with the water bill thing in the middle of my lease the old management company said you pay when you renew yiur lease but these new folks say they gonna send you to collections if you dont pay when i moved in it was included. The parking sucks cause you dont know who stay here and who dont and people hide cars over here from other complexes and we have no where to park. The gate has been fixed and broken again whos the blame we all are no safety. I am breaking my lease to get out of here this is the worst ive seen in south charlotte......2 good things the valet trash service and maintenance people are friendly.....i got way more complaints but my fingers are not up for it.....overall message live in the hood b4 you come to hell andover woods.
