Apartment Review for Apartments At Radbourne Lake - Charlotte, NC

This complex was great when I first moved in. Lots of trees and a lake. There was a very social atmosphere to the place. Then came the new management at the start of 2008. This is the worst group I have ever seen. They have never introduced themselves to the complex. They will not return phone calls until you get upset and call/email their cooperate office to complain about no response. When they do return a call the management, including the complex manager, are rude. They are terrible with communication back to community. Now, they are renovating all the apartments. Great, but put they are asking for them is a joke. All they have done is new carpet, new appliances, new counters, and some track lighting. So a new kitchen area. Big deal. The pool was a huge pain. This group knew the pool was an issue when they took over the community in January 08. They did not begin work on this pool area until June. Again communication was either little, none, or wrong. These are just a few of the issues that I have seen or experienced since the start of the year. I can not wait to leave once my lease is up. I feel that if this group not been so rude and would just communicate with the community, I would stay longer. I would avoid this place until a new manager and team take over. In fact, I think I would wait until Fairfield Properties sold this complex to another company.
