The grounds are not maintained. Trash overflowing. The staff is not responsive to problems. Do not replace items in apartment that break, do a patch job. entrance to apartment not clean Management company less responsive than onsite staff Very old carpet, smells like smoke, makes me ill WILL NOT REPLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
