Apartment Review for Ashley Place - Charlotte, NC

The management is horrible. There is a lot of crime that occurs with in the facility and areas surrounding the apartment complex (they lied to me and said that the area was safe). I had to contact the code enforcement office to help me get the landlord to bring my apartment up to code (they didn't inform me that the apt had been flooded and I had mold issues). Maintenance is awful, they don't permanently fix the problem the just apply a quick fix solution. Overall, living there has been the worst experience I ever had with an apartment.
