Apartment Review for Barrington Place Apartments - Charlotte, NC

I have only had a few problems with BP. Once I went to drop off our rent check and handed it directly to the woman that works in the office ... she then proceeded to point me in the direction of the drop box and rudely told me to put it there instead. As if it made any difference for her to physcially take the check! I thought that was very rude, so from now on I just put my rent check in the drop box rather than personally hand it to staff. Also, the AC in my bedroom sucks. The rest of the apt is an ice box and mine is like the desert. Other than that, maintenance is extremely friendly -- most of the time the computers in the 'office' are broken, along with the printers. You can find children using the exercise room as a playground, even though there is a sign that states children under 16 are not allowed. I love the pool though, it is clean and the grounds are well maintained. Overall a great place to live and well worth the money.
