Apartment Review for Bexley Greenway - Charlotte, NC

I have never lived in a worse apartment complex. My car was broken into twice in two years. The office staff is nice to the NEW tenants and then becomes complacent to your needs or questions after the first month. Dont' expect a returned call unless you call their boss and complain. But if you do complain be careful they will hang up on you and ignore you if you don’t agree with their treatment of you. Be careful what you sign because you will be charged for water 3 times over after you move out and they will add things to your bill that they said would be fine over the phone. Get everything in writing if you do decide to live here. Do not install an alarm (even though you will need it for safety). My neighbor was broken into the second year I lived there and she was on the third floor. She moved out and I should have left early too. If you have an alarm they will set it off every time they come to fix something in your unit. They will say it is because they didn't check the code before entering the apartment and will not contact you to inform you they are the ones in your apartment to avoid a false alarm with the city of Charlotte. Overall I would never encourage someone to stay there. It is overpriced, unsafe and unprofessional.
