It's the upscale ghetto. The management and maintenance was great. They responded quickly to all and any problems. The only thing I didn't like was people selling drugs right outside my door. The apartments are absolutely fine. Very affordable. Just located in a bad neighborhood thats all.  Need to rent an apartment?
