Apartment Review for Carrington Place At Tyvola - Charlotte, NC

I honestly dont see the problem. Sure there is "trash" in any complex,, even trash can have money... And lets face it, that is the main factor in leasing any apartment. No complex checks your life history, just credit, income and criminal.. some of the best crooks can still have good credit.. The only problems I notice here is my next door neighbor... While they are not too bad, they are very loud at times, but then again, I live in an apartment, so HELLO! I do agree the maintence staff is really bad.. These are beautiful apartments, but they like to halfway fix things.. You have to stay on them to fix things right. The grounds are normally very nice. thanks to an outside grounds service. The office staff is very friendly except for the actual manager, who appears to be lazy and rude. Shirlitta is awesome! As for crime, well I lived in Balintine for a while and I see no more crime here than I did there.. Crime is a sign of the times... And I cant recall ANY car break ins since I have lived here for the last 7 months. So, overall, I rate this place a 4 out of 5. It is a safe place for kids, and overall a very quite place to live!
