Apartment Review for Charlotte Woods Apartments - Charlotte, NC

Issues with plumbing have never been resolved. Vanity sink in master bedroom has backed up and spewed waste water on vanity and carpet multiple times. Master bath w/ serious plumbing issues. we have maintanence at the apartment right now because the bathroom is flooded, flooded so bad that the lights have water in them. Problem is I have told them time and time again that it is not a simple tile/ splash guard issue for the people living above us, rather that it is a serious leak, and yet nothing has been done, on the plus side they put in new decks. Do not rent from Charlotte Woods, unless you want to have constant issues resulting from the age and wear on these buildings. Wildwood next door is no better, try camden up the road, or the overlook, but do not be tempted by the cheap rent, it isn't worth the aggrivation.
