Apartment Review for City View Towers - Charlotte, NC

City View Towers is such a great place for college students to live at. Your rent is in the mid 500s but that includes the utilities. I love the fact that my rent includes the utilities! The management staff is always nice and very helpful. Maintenance is always on top of everything if I need something fixed. There are functions that are held every month to attend to. The location is wonderful! Located to everything you need.
