Apartment Review for Coffey Creek Apartments - Charlotte, NC

Walking into our apt we were immediately choked w/ cigarette smoke. The front closet smelled like cat pee. The master bath smelled like mildew, which isn't surprising afte we found the upstairs apt leaked all over our apt. When we opened the windows to air it out, bugs flew in because we had no screans on windows. Heater smoked so bad it sent off the smoke alarm. Signed a 3 mo contract, but left after 6 weeks because we were sick the entire time from the mildew and smoke.
