Apartment Review for Colonial Village At Stone Point - Charlotte, NC

I dont know what the below review is talking about - i've just entered my second lease here and have NEVER had a problem with my complex. Whenever I put in a work order within a day or two they have it completed and if it's not to my liking they come back and fix it until it's satified. Whenever I had questions I've gotten answers immediately - they've even gone so far as to hold onto my mail while i was out on vacation, so again I ask what is the below review talking about?? outside of the occassional party which in turn is rare it's a quiet place to live. I look forward to coming home because I know I'll be at peace
