Apartment Review for Colonial Village Beverly Crest - Charlotte, NC

I just wanted to take a minute since mostly negative comments are given on these sites. I have lived in many apt. complexes and I have to say this property is managed professionly and so well taken care of. The office and maintenance are very attentive and truly care about their jobs and the people who live there. The current manager gives it her all and I really appreciate all she has done since she has been the manager, the previous manager you never saw and didn't care a bit. It looks better and cleaner than it ever has , except for the major construction going on now but I know it will get taken care of! so thanks for all you do for us!
