Apartment Review for Courtney Oaks - Charlotte, NC

This apartment comlex is the worst. They are over price. Their apts are built like crap. The service is bad. They lie to you. Too many kids live there. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemey. I had a bad epxerience here. They ripped me off each month. They do not care about you or anything. They do apartment checks in a sneaky way. They are not a gated community. The gate to community has been broken a hundred times. The trash dumpster had been busted for months. The computer room has limited access. Like I said, DO NOT LIVE HEAR. YOU WILL HATE IT!!. HATE IT! HATE IT! I am not bitter others have said this about this place. The workmanship of the place is very questionable. DO NOT LIVE HERE!. It would be a huge mistake it you did......Best of luck in your search but keep looking if you are thinking about COURTNEY BLOWS!
