Apartment Review for Courtney Oaks - Charlotte, NC

I have lived here since Courtney Oaks opened and LOVE IT! The staff is so friendly and are always there when I need them. If i need something fixed, they do it that day! I love my apartment and my neighbors are great! I feel very much at home here. As for the bad, bad, bad review, I can only guess that the person who wrote it is just a unhappy person all together. Maybe he or she thinks that everything has to be completely perfect all the time in order for it to be acceptable. I can tell you from living in about 5 different apartment complex's that it doesn't work that way and my experience here at Courtney Oaks is the best so far. The staff here from the office to maintenance really go the extra mile to make me feel important. I am very satisfied with the service and the only time I can remember the gates not working was when they were hit by lighting. They can't help that!!! It's lightning!!!!!! My lease is ending and I am going to stay for another year. I highly reccomend living with them! Good luck!
