Apartment Review for Courtney Oaks - Charlotte, NC

I have been living here for the past 6 months and I like it somewhat. It has a nice pool and gas grill although it can get crowded at times. I am looking to move out as soon as my lease is up because I can't take the airplane noise anymore. The airplane noise are EXTREMELY LOUD. I mean LOUD. It comes and go every 15 minutes, day and night. If you ask the staff when visiting Courtney Oaks, they will tell you that you can't hear it which is the same thing we were told. Now, I can't go to bed without my ear plugs. I think part of it has to do with the cheap thin walls, doors and windows. I was told by neighbors nearby that if you have good windows, you can't hardly hear the airplanes. Also, parking sucks after 4pm. It's a fight to find a parking space. And not to mention, the parking space are very small. When you park and open your doors, you are likely to hit the car that is park next to you. So be careful because your car will get scratch by someone else
