Apartment Review for Courtney Ridge - Charlotte, NC

I love living here. I've only heard of cars being broken into. I don't have a problem with parking or management. I will say that we just received a whole new staff in November of 2008. The pool and weight room stays clean. It seems like everyone owns at least one dog; nonetheless, the property remains immaculate. Drawbacks - Mail boxes are conveniently located and maintenance is handled through a 3rd party in Dallas, Tx. There's only one trash spot and they won't let you bring in your own washer and dryer. I live upstairs so whenever, someone walks up the stairs the pictures on my wall shake. (kinda annoying when it happens at 5am on a Saturday morning) Still the staff and my neighbors are friendly. Most of all I feel safe.
