Please be advised!!!This is a beautiful complex, but windows are poorly insulated!!!Your power bills will be OUTRAGEOUS! And...WATER bills range from $40-60 a month. Do not listen to staff about what they say....They will get you in and leave you hanging! I promise no matter what special you get...Utilities will screw you!!!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
