Apartment Review for Crossroads At Village Park - Charlotte, NC

As a newcomer to Charlotte, I was initially concerned about what type of living environment I would find, considering my budget. From the first telephone conversation with the Eileen Reeves, the Property Manager, I felt at home. She helped me to make a smooth transition with my move from Massachusetts and continues to treat me not just as a tenant but as a member of the family. I have never had an issue that the management was not eager to resolve nor have I ever felt that management is inaccessible. I would recommend this complex to any families that want a well maintained, clean, safe place to live with easy accessibility to shopping and points of interest in addition to a caring and concerned management staff. This is home!
