Staff are friendly and usually responsive. Clean and pest free apartments. Free cable. Good gym. Good floorplans. Spacious. Walls aren't very insulated. Cracks and workmanship flaws in walls and ceilings. Windows sweat daily in cold weather creating mold. In winter, shower's hot water runs out in 20mins.  Need to rent an apartment?
