With a little imagination you can take these apartments and turn them into a comfortable living place. The maintence time needs to be better--they lack time in coming out to fix them. Neighbors can be a little rough around the edges but they keep to themselves. It is a good atmosphere for students who have just graduated from college and need a decent place to start off until they can afford something better and nicer.
