Apartment Review for Emerald Bay Apartments - Charlotte, NC

a renevated apartment is crappy the only thing new about it is the appliances..the walls look like a child painted them, white paint drippings everywhere and the window sills have paint peelings. the noise is crazy every night ppl are outside blaring music EVERY night..the pond has a bunch of cute turtles in it and A LOT of trash, some one should get the health department out here there are geese runnign everywhere they could get hurt from all of the trash
