Apartment Review for English Hills Apartments - Charlotte, NC

I have live at English Hills for 2 years and the complex has changed a lot. The first year went smooth, but the management has changed. Now the staff is different every time I go to the office. The grounds are not kept up. Lighting is poor in the parking area, which means there is a safety concern. Car break ins are not uncommon. What use to be a quiet place has changed do to the tenants that the new management now excepts. I would really think hard before moving into this community. I am currently moving out.
