The layout and neighbors are pretty cool. Some of the staff are ok. The parking can be obnoxious at times. There is NO security. Break-ins, slashed tires, stolen cars. There is a convicted sex offender not only living there, but working there as a maintenance person. He has entry access to ALL aparments.  Need to rent an apartment?
