Parking! Becareful if you have friends come over 1 there is not enough resident parking 2 your friends will get their car towed very quickly if you are not careful. Office staff, I live there and they DO NOT return you message. I have left 2 to the property manager and NOTHING! I also think it is over priced if you are an owner. The HOA's are extremly high.  Need to rent an apartment?
