Apartment Review for Forest Ridge Apartments - Charlotte, NC

Under new management. The building I live in has a major leak, the bathroom ceiling is falling in. Cannot get it repaired. Mangement yes you to death, but is never in a hurry to get things done. Apartment now have roaches, since new neighbors moved in. Exterminator never came to spray, though I was promised they would. After over 1 year of complaints about the leaks, and now the roaches, I am looking for another place to live. I lived in another apartment here that was nice with no problems. I just think it is this building. I love the layout and the nice size bedrooms.
