If you like loud noise, and drama then this is the place for you. We've had over five landlords, the maintenance never really fixes anything. Your neighbors sit outside all day play loud music that you can hear all day and night. Ceilings caving in, carpet damages, blinds that don't work and the list goes on.  Need to rent an apartment?
