Apartment Review for Heather Ridge - Charlotte, NC

When my fiance and I got married we had arranged with Heather Ridge apartments to move from his 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom. We complied with every request and paid all fees for the new apartment and left his 1 bedroom immaculate! "For the inconvenience" they took all of his deposit and still want him to pay an additional $88 for cleaning and painting! What happened to 'normal wear and tear?' Wouldn't it be smarter to recognize that you're getting even more money now and that by ensuring your customer's satisfaction you may get them to extend their lease for an even bigger profit?
