Apartment Review for Heatherwood Apartments - Charlotte, NC

I have lived in Heatherwood for almost 2 years. During my first year here my apartment was broken into in broad day light. What did the staff say "I'm Sorry To Hear That"! And yes, the leasing agent Tina who was killed got me in here. She was killed by a resident - he is also the father of her son. Over the last 2 years I have had many problems with this complex. Thugish residents, uncontrolable children, noisey neighbors, unreasonable rent increases and a maintainance crew who could care less about the problems you are having in your apartment. The staff changes constantly and not 1 person who works in the office lives on the property... Go figure! Moving to HEATHERWOOD was the worse mistake of my life!!! Don't let it be yours!
