Apartment Review for Heatherwood Apartments - Charlotte, NC

We just moved to Heatherwood not long ago. I must say, I was REALLY hesitant about moving here based on previous reviews that I read. Before signing the lease, I took my concerns to the office staff. They were understanding and were able to ease my mind. They are a wonderful group of people and very caring. I love the apartment! I have all new appliances and the apartment itself is in great condition. I had a problem with the garbage disposal, and they had maint. out right away! Colonial properties has a great reputation, and it shows with how fast Heatherwood has changed! I would recommend living here!
