Apartment Review for Lake Point Apartments - Charlotte, NC

The apartments are in half-decently maintained, but that is not the worst of the problems here. The property is managed by people who do only one thing, COLLECT RENT!!! Any problems are ignorred untill the police have to be called for verbally threating physcial harm to your CHILDREN from grown adults. After many attemts to solve the problem they evict both. It does not seem to matter that the 2nd party comes to the 1st parties door and cusses the Tennent and their children. DECIDE TO LIVE HERE AT LAST RESORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
