Apartment Review for Lake Point Apartments - Charlotte, NC

Living here has been like living in a local housing project(thank God I have never really had to live in one, but if I had I'm sure it would have been like living at Lake Point). Like another reviewer said office staff/property management is only good for one thing...COLLECTING RENT!!! Recently there have been several fires(3 to be exact, 2 of which made the news) that have been blamed on arson, they do not screen applicants(that's why there are so many drug dealers living here), they do not clean up the grounds...dog poo everywhere!!! They've changed management 3 times in the year I've been here...they all promise to fix things, get things cleaned up,blah,blah,blah...NOTTTT!! If you are desperate and willing to live anywhere you can call this hellhole home!!! I wouldn't if I were you!!!
