Very old appliance. AC unit caught fire and it took 3 month for them to replace it. Electric bills averages $200.00 a month because home is not weathersealed. Someone hit my vehicle in the parking lot and it costed me $875.00. Closet door in kitchen fell of over a year ago, but dont be late with rent or they slap court papers on you before the month is out.  Need to rent an apartment?
