Apartment Review for Oak Park At Nations Ford - Charlotte, NC

Hmmm... where should I start? The ceiling is sinking, the dumpster smells like a compost pile (never gets taken out), the laundry room is gross (not a place for clean clothes) and half the machines don't work, the pool is closed more than it is open, it's muddy like a swamp, the air conditions are like heaters windows won't open, stopped up drains, washer hook up floods and causes mold, and boy o boy the management. The are extreamly perverted, they like to discuss fat asses and such, very unprofessional. They open our mail, they won't answer the office phone when you try to reach them, even the main Oak Park office is terrible. So you have no where to turn. THE CRIME HERE IS OUT OF CONTROL. About once a week there are notes on everyones door notifiying residents of break ins, robberys, and shootings. SOMEONE WAS SHOT DEAD IN THE ENTRANCE DRIVEWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON!!!!! Some residence think the parking lot is a shop to fix their cars in, or a club to throw a party. OAK PARK HAS NO SECURITY AT ALL. And that is just the start of the HUGE HEADACHE that you will have on the regular if you are a resident here.
