I think Oak Ponte is a great palce to live. I have only lived here for a short time but I find the staff to be very helpful. My apartment is very nice with new carpet and a woodburning fireplace and vaulted ceilings. I love the nice open floorplan and the convienant location. The elementary school is great. my daughter loves her new school as do I. I think Oak Pointe is a great place to live.  Need to rent an apartment?
