Apartment Review for Oak Pointe Apartments - Charlotte, NC

These apartments are not nice enough for the price. It takes awhile to get maintance to come fix something, and a lot of loud music and loud people at all times. They just got new propert managers, and they are not friendly at all, and not willing to help their residents as much as the prior owners. For example, needed to make a partial payment on the day rent was due, told me it was impossible and charged me $200. worth of late fees and other charges. I understand rent is due when rent is due, but sometimes people need an extra week. Not happening here. But prior owners was understanding. Pool is always out of order. Too expensive for size of apartment. Rude owners. Crime is not low. Don't waste your money or your time.
