This is not the place you want to call home. They never do anything they say they will do, the management team is lazy and sits in the office for most of the day, the maintenance men change every week. If you like roaches, living at a property with no landscaping, gun shots at night, sewage problems on a regular basis, and a community that totally disregards their tenants...this is the place for you. If you like roaches, floodS in the parking lot when it rains, mud and dirt on the walkways all the time, please come move in!!!! My car got flooded in their parking lot due to all the debris, dirt and messiness of the grounds, the gutter became clogged with all kinds of stuff, and they did nothing to help with getting my car repaired towed, or at the very least keeping the gutters clear. The next rain clogged the gutters again. They simply do not care about their residents or their personal property.
