I've been at Parke Place Apartments for over 5 years. The best Manager they had a new company came in and released her. I've never seen so many people leave this complex at one time, during my duration here. They will not perform the necessary repairs to the interiors. Staircases are rottig through, gutters are falling off of the buildings and they discontinued exterior maintenance to the grounds. Don't waste your time or your money.  Need to rent an apartment?
