Apartment Review for Parkhill - Charlotte, NC

This complex was semi nice when I first moved in 2 years ago, but it is on the downward spiral! Cars are being broke into, shady characters are moving in. The noise is horrible, the walls are paper thin. I know when my upstairs neighbors use the bathroom! (gross!). The parties are out of hand,( Thanks to the idiots that moved in upstairs, a bunch of college punks) one night it was so crazy the popcorn crap was falling off the ceiling. The whole inside needs an overhaul. Everything is from the 80's. It is so ugly!! The bathroom is disgusting. I can't wait to leave!!!!!!!!!
