The actual rooms are spacious, clean, nice new kitchens, and cozy. Its a quiet community and is only 15 minutes from Uptown, 10 minutes from SP mall, and 2 minutes from Renaissance Park (golf course, driving range, Jeff Adams Tennis Center, Soccer and Softball fields). The staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance acts quick. Very well manicured grounds. My complaints are that bugs could get under the door so I have to spray it occasionally and the faucets leak from time to time so I have to have the maintenance fix them.  Need to rent an apartment?
