Apartment Review for Parkwood East Apartments - Charlotte, NC

i liked it at first until i found out they allow recovering crack addicts to stay here rent free and to make matters worse they have an onsite place for the workers that check on the crack addicts throughout the night. Roach city not only cock roaches but real regulars nasty roaches oooooh my god. the neighbors play music sky high. but the management is wonderful her name is angie she is the best ever.... but the apts. aren't the best kept outside or inside..
