Apartment Review for Pavilion Crossings - Charlotte, NC

This apartment complex is located conveniently to the University City area of Charlotte. We have lived here for 9 months. We moved here from out of state and our moving truck arrived before we did. The office staff was very helpful in arranging to resolve our dilemma. The office is run very professionally. Everyone is greeted and attended to upon entering. There is a coffee bar in the clubhouse that is great for that afternoon caffeine fix. There is an exercise room and racquetball court. There is also a video library in the clubhouse. In the summer the pool is refreshing and always clean. The grounds and all public areas are maintained well. There were some parking issues in the past, but they have been addressed with the introduction of parking stickers and identified visitor parking. There are mostly college students living here, but there are also young families with children, and middle age families like ourselves. We have enjoyed our time here but will be moving in to a house. We would recommend this apartment as a great place to live.
