Apartment Review for Pavilion Crossings - Charlotte, NC

This is by far the worst apartment i have ever rented. In the past month i have filled two maintance request which were not resolved within one week. The apartment has a 48 hour work order guarantee but the apartment refuses to honor it. The manager was the most rude person I have ever dealt with and tried to make it my fault that the apartment wasn't fixed, he said that the problem was fixed the day it was reported, however i was there the whole day and no one showed up. Be weary and save your $1,100 a month for something better .
