Apartment Review for Pavilion Crossings - Charlotte, NC

This complex was nothing but a miserable experience. Everything from the day I moved in to the day I moved out was a hassle. The office staff is friendly as long as your apartment has no problems or you have no issues with anything. The maintenance staff is lazy and doesn't fix things until you complain several times. The parking lots aren't big enough to hold enough cars for 1 car per apartment, let alone when more people live in an apartment. Therefore, you are required to walk far distances at night in order to find a parking spot. The lights on my building were also out most nights I live there, so I was walking a far distance in the dark. UNSAFE! The noise level is ridiculous. If you have children or are an adult with a career you should chose to live elsewhere. You will hear people partying all night, and probably smell pot as you walk down the stairway. I did on SEVERAL occasions.
