Apartment Review for Camden Pinehurst Apartments - Charlotte, NC

I lived there for 6 years and when I moved out, I didn't feel safe, there were scary neighbors who literally were peeping tom's and nothing was done about them because Pinehurst wants their apartments rented and warm bodies occupying them...it doesnt matter to them what kind of people they are, or what they do once they more in there!

The water is routinely shut off for maintenance of old, leaky underground pipes.

They tried to screw me when I moved out, wanting me to pay for *6* year old carpet and vinyl, when it SHOULD have been replaced when I renewed my year *5* lease. It's cheap carpet, and cheap vinyl and only has a 'shelf life' of 5 years or so.

The people that live there are steadily going downhill...crime is up, people have no respect for their neighbor's property, or their neighbors in general. You are not safe walking alone, whether at night, OR in broad daylight.

For the price you can do much better....not to mention the extraordinary electric bills....they charge you for water which is a MUCH higher bill then I NOW pay as a homeowner..hmmm, why is that Pinehurst?

Run, and don't look back.
